Depending on which package you choose, your kitchen or bathroom design package may also include a space plan and layout consultation, contractor coordination, and extended project communication support. Does your interior design service include purchasing or procurement?

No, and that's intentional. Patina Design Co is a design-only interior design consultancy. We specify everything and provide you with a complete sourcing guide so you or your contractor can purchase directly. This keeps the process transparent and means our recommendations are never influenced by what we sell.

That said, we have established relationships with trusted vendors across tile, cabinetry, countertops, hardware, lighting, and plumbing fixtures and we are always happy to connect you with the right people. Our sourcing guide includes direct vendor recommendations so you know exactly where to shop with confidence.

Do I need to have a contractor before booking a kitchen or bathroom design package?

Not at all. Many clients working on Pennsylvania kitchen renovations and bathroom remodels come to us before they have hired anyone. Our kitchen and bathroom design packages actually make the contractor conversation easier. You will have a clear design vision, a complete material selections document, and a full sourcing guide to share from day one, which saves time, reduces back and forth during the build, and helps your contractor understand exactly what you want before work begins.

I don't live near Central Pennsylvania. Can you still work with me for kitchen or bathroom design?

Absolutely. Our Virtual Design package is fully remote and we work with clients anywhere in the country. You provide photos, measurements, and a set of plans and we handle everything else. Distance is no obstacle when the vision is clear, and delivering beautiful, intentional kitchen and bath design to clients wherever they are is something we do and something we love. No matter where you are, you will receive the same level of care, craft, and detail that goes into every Patina Design Co project.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom design project take?

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and package you choose. Our Virtual Design package is typically delivered within 10 to 14 business days of receiving your photos, measurements, and completed intake questionnaire. Our Full Room Design package runs 2 to 3 weeks from the initial site visit or from receipt of your project plans for remote clients. Multi Room Design timelines are discussed during your discovery call based on the number of spaces and complexity of the project.

All timelines assume prompt client feedback during revision rounds. The faster you respond, the faster your completed Pennsylvania kitchen or bathroom design lands in your inbox.

The $75 discovery call fee is credited in full toward any design package booked within 30 days.
